The following are the Forms, Exercises & Chi Kung techniques I have learned over my eight years study of Tai Chi, I am willing to teach any of these techniques to any of my students in any order they wish.

Of cause the traditional method would be to stick to either the Yang or Chen Family and then to progress through from open hand forms to broadsword forms and then from broadsword forms to straight sword forms and then from straight sword forms to double sword forms, possibly over a period of many years. But where would the fun be in that and what would you have to show for it all at the end of your study?

No tradition stops here, we are at University to learn but also to have fun doing it, If I forced a regime of training onto people they would just walk away and I'd be lucky to retain 2% of the members. Of cause I cant teach too many diffrent techniques at once but I can teach a few. And its up to you our members to decide which you would like.
