Welcome to the Teeside Tai Chi Group homepage!

Here you will find information about Tai Chi, Teesside University classes, and club activities. You will also have access to educational and supporting material including videos under the "Programs Available" menu, feel free to take a look.

Please email me or text me to let me know if you are coming to the class before 2pm on Sundays. If you don't contact me in time I won't be able to set off early enough to get their for the lesson.

As of 2010, Wednesdays will be for practicing as I won't be able to attend, of cause you can help each other and teach each other what you have learnt.
